Wow shocked to see more people picking Cotto than Floyd, although I guess the haters hate. I would like to see a breakdown of how Cotto would beat Floyd.

I got Floyd cos Cotto wouldn't be able to time him nor will he be able to block his straight right. I can see him knocking Cotto down with the left hook at some point. I think Floyd would see what Cotto is working with for a couple of rounds and then step on the gas.

I think if he hasn't fought Pacquiao by that point he might look to be more aggressive and try to knock Cotto out so that people don't compare a Pac TKO of Cotto to his fight.

The best should be fighting the best instead of weight draining them, fighting past prime boxers, and fighting B-level fighters.

cotto cannot beat floyd at any weight, never could----at 140, i wanted to see this fight bakc in 05, but cotto opted to just watch floyd pumble gatti and the guy he sparred with for floyd, bruselles---and stayed quiet---at 147, floyd potshots cotto and stops him, not like at 140, at 140, floyd kills him----at 154, floyd wins every round, and takes ud----still pounding cotto out of his mysery---

                      Mayweather by decision

I dont think it really matters that much what weight they fight at. Its still the same two fighters and neither has a problem making 147 so I dont know who would benefit fighting more at 154. Floyd has already been there and if they fight at 154 he really wont have to drain at all. And if youre talking about today especially when Cotto is likely on the downside and Mayweather still looks good then he easily outboxes Cotto.

Cotto can try to put on some size but it wont matter, Mayweather's stamina is superb and his strength is very underrated. He is a great fighter on the inside and at 154 Cotto will be slower and potentially more likely to tire late in the fight where as Mayweather never tires. He will make Cotto pay in the late rounds if he aint in top shape.
