I think you're slightly underestimating Abraham, Annie. Don't be fooled by the foul shot. While it does suggest frustration, this man is confident. To go into the backyard of an opponent who is much faster than you and has much more variety to his game, only to go 9 rounds before you even remember you're in a fight, shows something. He has to be confident and mentally strong.
Either that or he's dumb as ****.
You're right he is very self assured, but I thought I detected him getting a bit frustrated and antsy after about 6 or so rounds when things weren't going his way. He had a different demeanor than he usually does when he's behind against an opponent.
And I agree with the OP's rankings except I might place Froch at the top. Although I don't think he has much ring smarts nor does he prepare very well strategy-wise.
Not sure about ranking them in order, but a little analysis:
Kessler is tough to a point. But he breaks when he can't get his way.
Froch is all heart. He loves to make it a fight and never stops coming.
Abraham's showing in the 1st Miranda fight answers all questions.
Green wilted vs Miranda, though he may have had health issues at the time. He's about to be seriously tested. Surely as a replacement starting in the hole he'll pour his heart out.
Dirrell made me sick in the Froch fight. But sans the overdramatized ending, he made up for it vs AA. I think he can go.
Ward hasn't been tested in the guts department enough to really know yet. But seen as a dark horse, he destroyed Kessler who was supposed to be the #1 seed in the series.
The only thing Froch has going for himself is confidence. Strange to see someone getting dominated for 11 rounds, to come back in the 12th. Ward gets my vote through.

This is why I give Froch respect... he's clearly the slowest and least technically gifted boxer in the tournament. He may also be the ******est.
Yet he'll enter every bout with such a level of self belief that I'd give him a decent shot against all of them.

I gotta be real, his routine of "Schnell... I izt und give awayunshun first five rounds... I don't give a ****enshun" IS impressive.
But less impressive is when he gets hit on the temple and goes "Schnell! Ein swine und ballunshon shotunshon! He hitz low!"

You're talking about the Taylor fight, right?
I dunno where this idea that Froch came back from total disaster comes from... I see it as a complete myth, no joke.
Let's not forget Taylor's got such a bad gas tank that Oscar De La Hoya and Audley Harrison laugh at him... Froch was getting himself into that fight from around the halfway point.
ISTR I had Jermain 3 points up going into the last, but there were lots of competitive rounds from the midway point. And as much as Jermain's speed was giving Carl problems, I think he froze a little on the big occasion, too (I noticed a Fat Yank scream in his face as he did his ringwalk, seemed to really throw him).
He was definitely losing the fight, but it wasn't like he lost all 11 rounds before the TKO.
