I think he's young and fresh enough to recover from it 100% physically, but maybe not mentally. Even considering how it happened, being knocked out cold like that can linger in your mind when facing punchers and cause hesitation. We'll see I guess.

Physically he should be fine, but mentally it all depends on how he views how the fight ended and if he moves past it like it was nothing.

I think Dirrell is OK . Dirrell won the fight that gives you a lift. He does a very good job of falling to the floor when in trouble to avoid heavy shots. I have never seen that tactic before and it seems to be his invention designed to avoid taking punishment. With that going for him I think he will be OK.
