These are the best teams in the World and it's not really up for discussion they have 'dominated' the game for more then long enough were every acknowledges them as the best, I don't see any 'White' teams there. Soccer you cant say that its dominated by Whites, neither black or white dominate the sport for every Pele there is a Maradona and every Torres or Ronaldo theyre a Henry and Ronaldinho.

Brazil are the country who have dominated soccer, they only have a few whites in there team Kaka n Lucio, Most of there players are afro-european mixed race brazilian players and also have a few black players.

If you look at sports where Black people werent involved before like Golf and Motorsports, now u have Tiger Woods and Lewis Hamilton

I wasn't getting into how skin color either lol, just the TS said Whites have primarily been the dominate force, where Australia have been ruling it for so long, I wouldn't exactly said they have been dominating, the Rankings are always fluctuating between Australia and the teams I mentioned on who is the best.
