Ward may have still won, but I think the fight turned out to be a little more one-sided because of those butts.

I think Ward won that fight no matter what. But the head butts may have given him a little bit more cushioning.

I picked Ward to win that fight. Kessler needs to greatly improve to even have a chance at winning this tourney. He himself even admits that he moves too much in straight lines. And that is one of the reasons I picked Ward over him, because I thought Wards lateral movement would be too much for Kessler. And I was right

this board overrates the headbutts in that fight like crazy. The first real headbutt didn't even happen until the 7th round, and Ward was DOMINATING kessler the entire fight.

It seems to me some kessler fans and abraham fans are making some pretty crazy excuses as to why their guy lost.

Kessler's fans - Ward won because of headbutts. Ward fougth dirty. Ward is linked to the BALCO founder!

Abraham fans - The ref ****** and was biased. Dirrell faked getting knocked out. He was going to knock him out in the next round!

Excuses, excuses, excuses. Man up, take the defeat.

You guys should expect a loss, this is a very difficult tournament for all super six fighters and all of them should lose at least one fight. This is to be expected when you have this amount of talent all fighting eachother.

Look on the bright side, all of these guys have a chance to redeem themselves (kessler can still beat froch). Abraham is in fact currently leading on points. Dirrell was robbed against Froch but came back strong against Abraham. It's not over, not by a long shot.

And that's why I love this tournament, anything can happen!

Kessler couldn't see after round 4 so maybe you are underrating the impact?
