This is the truth about that night.Dirrell box materfully for 8rds you could even make and argument for 9rds.He clearly got hurt in the 10th he had rubber legs and look like if he got hit flush it would have been taylor all over again. In the 11 Dirrell was still hurt(If you could not see this you were blind).AA played his self and lost the fight for his self no one to blame. You just don't hit a guy while he is down like that.As to weather Dirrell was faking or not it does not matter AA should not have fouled him period.

    • I'm no fan of AA but Dirrell clearly was actin a fool! That's why he was crying after. Because he felt like a lil byach.

      • AA is a profesional boxer on the top, he will react and punch when there is an opening. He was frustrated with Dirrell and knew that he needed a KO to win, no different that Roy Jones did years ago against Montell Griffin.

          • abraham starts late in the game, as always. dirrell was winning, he should've been a man and continued, he would've got my respect (except for the fact he was floating like a butterfly.) he embarassed himself and boxing, i dont care who here says "it looked like he was hurt.." and other non-sense, it was OBVIOUS he went down and knew the second part of a combo was coming, abraham couldn't stop it, the ref didn't stop it.

did anyone forget when abraham bent down after getting hit with a low blow and dirrell took the biggest swing of his life ? did you guys forget that ?

that fight was an embarassment, simple as that.. abraham wasn't doing well but he was coming back, was taking him to the corner, he didn't get the knockdowns counted but dirrell got his counted when he pushed arthur then knocked him down when he was off balance.

he also cut open arthur's eye with his head, that ruined everything.. this fight was bull. i hope they appeal the fight and win, rematch or something. arthur was about to put a smack on him albeit dirrell fought pretty well overall, props to him until he started crying.

            • after watching again look how dirrell turns awake as soon as the ref waves off the fight....i agree with allan greens comment, it was a foul and dirrell could have continued after 5 minutes...its wishful thinking that abrahram was on his way to a ko he couldnt land a punch in the 1st minute of round 11 but its not impossible....

              • Jeff Bridges may have to give his "Best Actor" Oscar over to Dirrell after that acting job.

I hope to see a rematch in Germany between AA and Gumby.

I also thought Dirrell acted, then i didn't and now i just don't know. That was not what either guy's fans wanted, that's for sure. Dirrell needs even more legs or more power so he can stop Abraham types from wanting to pressure him. He needs to fill up more and train explosively. Abraham needs to consider winning rounds.

you dont turn your back on your opponent. even to complain to the refs. dirrell was in the right. AA was acting like a little ***** as usual complaining about low blows that were borderline at the worst. he didnt have the ref in his pocket this time. i suggest he STFU and keep fighting. he cant whine his way to point deductions or warnings away from germany.

turning your back to your opponent is illegal, what dirrell did when arthur turned away was NOT.

                    • i dont care, i do think abraham shouldn't have complained about the low blows, sometimes it's not to get points taken away, it's to take the fighter out of rhythm, he just had a terrible fight but he was about to put dirrell on the floor like he did the round before or the one before that, he was about to do something. it's not fair to see someone act to victory, i said it before -- if dirrell won without that wack move then it'd be a completely different thing and i'd give him props.
