The controversy continues over Saturday night's fight between super middleweights Andre Dirrell and Arthur Abraham. An electric crowd at the Joe Louis Arena in Detroit, Michigan, saw Dirrell outbox Abraham for the first nine rounds of the fight. In the final minute of the tenth round, the tide began to change as Abraham applied extreme pressure and began to consistently find Dirrell with punches. [Click Here To Read More]
The fact is that even if the fight was even, Abraham saw that Dirrell was clearly on the ground. He then wound up and swung at him out of frustration. This should have been an automatic disqualification no matter what. The fact that Dirrell was winning big on all scorecards makes it a legit win, not a cheap one. I thought I would root for Abraham during this tournament, but will no longer root for him for any fight. He seems like a nice, quiet guy, but his true colors came out SAt night. The guy has no class and will even root for Froch to beat him, though I am not a Froch fan.
I don't really agree with Green but he a cool guy when I saw him at the fight and yelled his name he said what's up and everything I tried to do the same thing to Andre Ward he looked but ain't say nothing
