every one likes a winner. i wish more people would stand by their fighter, win or lose. too many posters on here only give props to who ever won, and shut the loser down like if he was a bum. before this tourny even started i posted a thread about a possible match between Ward and Dirrell and EVERYONE **** on both fighters saying they were crap, and that Kessler was going to win the tourny. Ward didnt get any respect. Arthur didnt get any respect, and Dirrell for sure wasnt on anyones list as a favorite to win, but now some fans are ocming out of the woodworks like they've been there all along.

Persoanlly, for myself, I have no ties to any of the guysfrom the get go. So when someone has a good exciting fight, I tend to lean towards them. Dirrell has impressed me in two straigh fights now, and imporved significantly from the Froch fight.

I stick by my fighters....I still think Abraham can win this thing....i do agree what he did was not right..but you know what adrenaline kicks in mixed with a little bit of KO desperation and..**** happens..........**** i still like clottey over pacman...hahaha.....

I'm still going with AA. My opinion on who will win may change over the course of the tourney but my support goes to AA win or lose.

He looked like **** against Froch, he ran all night long. That is one of his worst performances and you were impressed by it? Maybe even worse then his Curtis Stevens performance.

I watch almost all boxing fights, and Dirrells best performance was against Abraham last night because he was landing all night long on Abraham. Not only was it Dirrells best performance but he wasn't even favored to win.

i have no horse i this race either. why cant people just be impressed by performances?
also, its still possible for these fighters to gain fans. especially the young ones who had not gotten much prior exposure.

Doesnt change the fact that he made Froch look like an Amatuer.

not talking about a fighter gaining fans from putting on a good performance, i'm talking about pre-fight discussions. some people have strong opinions about fighters and make predictions, then when they turn out to be wrong, change their whole prediction. hard to do when your words are recorded into an archive.

Been knowing Dirrel was for real, he just pissed me off real bad during the stevens fight, but got much props during the Froch fight, and did exactly to Abraham, what most american fighters should be able to do to him... Tall Switch hitter with size, Dirrel is a problem, my question is where did all these Abraham fans come from, there used to be like only one or two around here...
