Maidana is a bit of a throw back, a bit crude but is all business. In a world of over promoted and over protected fighters it is good to see someone like him throw a spanner in the works.
He has messed up Ortiz and my feeling is he would do the same to Khan but I don'r EVER see that fight happening.

I became one after the Ortiz fight, and would love for a rematch of that fight. Also that body shot last night was beatiful. I love KO's from body shots.

He's pretty entertaining but when he faces a boxer tough guy like Kotelnik was, he looks pretty average.

He will always try to excite, so his fights get on Showtime and HBO every time nowadays.

At least he goes for it, and isn't afraid to get hit, and he doesn't know the meaning of the word run or dance.

I will root for him against anybody but Valero and Alexander, (two guys I happen to like).

Maidana vs. Ortiz was ****ing fight of the year until Ortiz quit. Became an instant fan of Maidana after that fight, Always preferred him over Victor "putito" Ortiz.
