Dirrell has no power (and other observations)

Dirrell is a top fighter he just absaloutley schooled the then undefeated Arthur Abraham and his sole loss is highly disputed. He hits hard enough, lets not forget AA is tough as nails with a steel chin Literally! Dirrell raised his game last night he is in with a shot against any of the other guys
#He executed a good gameplan and it wasnt a case of him doing what AA "Allowed" him too, Abraham was desperate, frustrated and a mile behind, then of course he KO'd the man while he was on the floor, classy. Arthur went down in my estimations after the interview he gave in the ring.Comment

AA in your avatar, check.Aside from that off balance flash kd where AA was falling backwards, Dirrell threw a ton of punches all which had 0 power on them.
You jokers that say he was dominating fail to see that he only did what AA allowed him to do.
Once AA decided to pick up the pace, it became a different fight and Dirrell was exposed as soft, scared, and weak.
It was great to see him knock Dirrell out in such brutal fashion and most likely end his career since its clear that the mentally fragile Dirrell will never recover from that beating and is now damaged goods.
The only thing that needs to be done is for this ridiculous "house call" to be reversed to a k.o victory to be awarded to AA.
Dirrell has no hope in this tournament. He is 0-2 and will be destroyed by Ward.
That is all.Comment

There were 2 times when Arthur opened up and he got knocked down....even when Abraham scored a knock down-it was only one to both of Dirrell's....not bad when the supposed "powerless" guy knocks you down more times than the biggest power puncher in Abraham....was that really Arthur's "master" plan, because his other one sure as hell wasn't working!Comment

One of the silliest internet arguments, the "a pro boxer would hurt/KO an internet poster, therefore any criticism of the boxer is invalid." No ****.
Silly thread all round, though... I knew Abraham would let the lead get away from him early - he always does - but with a mobile opponent like Andre he let it go way too long. Obviously Dirrell had something to do with that, but he was in a position of NEEDING a KO at the end. Dirrell could easily have got on his bike (it looked like it was heading that way) and give away rounds 11 and 12 to still win.Comment

Anyone can look good when the other guy's plan is to be in a shell and wait to k.o you.Dirrell is a top fighter he just absaloutley schooled the then undefeated Arthur Abraham and his sole loss is highly disputed. Once AA decided to come out of his shell, it was a totally different fight.
Dirrell only did what AA let him do.Comment

No he wasn't. Fighters don't fight like that man, that was his excuse for being so far behind, you can't really believe that.AA wasn't trying to win on points.
He was gunning for the k.o the whole way. He said it himself, he didn't care about the points.
The blow was totally legal. The ref didn't stop the action and Dirrell failed to protect himself.
He was robbed of a great knockout win.
And btw, savorduhflavor, how do you explain a grown man crying and whining in the post fight interview like that?
He should be a secretary or a gym teacher.
Not a fighter.
The blow was not legal, Dirrell was on a knee and it was a legit slip, not like the **** he was doing in the Froch fight. I agree the ref is partly to blame which is why I said in my original post, it wasn't really Abe's fault. But at the end of the day the rules are rules. You can't knock someone out while they're down from a slip, that's ridiculous.
He was crying cause he thought he got knocked out. He thought he lost the fight.
Dirrell fought like way more of a man in this fight than he did against Froch.Comment
