All of the childish post talking about Dirrell faking this or acting that are tired and played out. The facts are solid.
1. Dirrell clearly out boxed Abraham for 8 out of 10 rounds
2. Abraham clearly and intentionally cleaned Dirrell's clock with a pre-meditated illegal punch while Dirrell was on the canvas from an obvious slip
3. Laurence Cole did a terrible job for both sides throughout the fight
With all of that said Abraham puts himself in desperation positions of needing a KO a lot by not throwing punches in a fight. It seems to me by watching Abraham 4 or 5 times now that if he would just press the action early and not let his opponent consistently get a commanding lead on the cards that he would not be in such a position of desperation. A style like this is sure to catch up with any fighter. Maybe Abraham learned a valuable lesson last night.
