Wow, Froch did better vs Direll

He was much more effective at cutting off the ring than Abraham, was slow but generally the better boxer of the two and applied constant pressure.

Froch gets alot of trash talk from this place but the dude is better than people make out.

yeah he was better in the abraham fight , he was fighting scared against froch , i said after the froch fight that if he had more faith in his boxing ability he wouldn't have left any doubts in the judges minds , his negative spoiling tactics ruined that one

I really think Froch is better than people say. The thing is he throws a punch to take a punch. Abraham covers and waits.

I agree with hayemaker if Dirrell did trade with Froch like he did Abraham it would have been a much better fight and Froch may have dropped him. *But* that said Dirrell has INSANE power for his speed and when he fought Froch it worked well so it would be a 50/50 over who got a KD.

None the less though I think Froch is going to push through Kessler's pourus defence and get a KO or lose by UD. Does Kessler know how to cover up and/or backpedal?.........

lol direll had close to 250 amateur fights, thats over twice then most other professional boxers...

anyway Dirrell would not be able to knock out Froch, he'd def win on points by a good couple of rounds

Froch is a very determined fighter, he gets overlooked all the time because he tends to look sloppy but he isn't, I consider him awkward, and his jab is better than a lot of people think and on top of that Dirrell was more confident against Abraham.
