    Sauerland to protest Abraham DQ!

According to BILD Wilfried Sauerland, promotor of Arthur Abraham, is fuming by last nights events and disqualification:

"We'll protest this result. We want a new fight!"

    To the tabloid Abraham says:

"Should I have waited untill he raised again? Every fighter must take his chance to land the KO-punch. As the referee did not go between us I felt it was OK to punch."

Yeah such a shame that Dirrell couldn't finish his masterpiece. He took Arthur to school.

Yeah. I found that comment odd as well. Maybe tomorrow when tempers have settled he'll give a proper response.

I was looking forward to seeing how it went. I thought AA scored a legit KD against Dirrell, and was starting to land more regularly, so the last round would have been interesting, IMO. Shame that either man was robbed of a clean win, I'm sure Dirrell is unhappy that he had to win viw DQ.

I hope so. I've always thought of Abe as being a decent guy, and have always supported him. I even argue that it was an unintended foul, but when he comes out with this ****...

                I agree.

The fight was exiting and the last rounds would have been climatic. Dirrell was tiring somewhat and Arthur kept getting closer. It's a damn shame the fight ended that way.

Yeah, it would've been interesting to see how it went. Dirrell trying to keep AA off and close the show, AA hunting for the KO... but, oh well, AA fucked up. Let's just hope he comes out with an apology and moves onto the next fight.

**** happens in the heat of battle, but whats really ****** is that AA looked like he could have kayoed Dirrell in the last 2 rounds. Andre was out on his feet in the tenth and wasnt looking too great up until the foul.

Sauerland is pissing into the wind if he thinks this is getting overturned. AA blew it,simple as.
