Maidana would slaughter him within 7 rounds. He has too much power. When Guzman doesn't come in overweight he gets stunned often, as we saw in the first Funeka fight. Maidana's 10x the puncher Funeka is, so unless Guzman came in at 154 or something for the fight, Maidana would probably stop him pretty quickly.
