Watched it all throughout. I thought he was actin' at first but when he was in a seizure-like state when viewed the replay, that **** was real.

I think what made people tick off is when he had a fit after he got off his feet, completely disoriented and seemed he wanna continue to fight after that serious state when he was down.

A lotta heart! He deserved the win.

King's a tough nut to crack but Dirrel's got something for him all night, sad thing Abraham didn't think about the man down and bailed out on a sandbag move.

Wicked performance from Dirrell, so credit to him for that, but yep, I thought he was acting as soon as he was hit, thought about it for a second, realized he could take advantage of the situation, and conveniently pretended to pass out.

      Terrible acting.

And yes, I think he more than deserved the win. Abraham was terrible, although I do think he would have KO'd Dirrell in the last round.

Do you guys not get what happens when someone is hit on the chin and their neck snaps? The brain slams into the skull causing trauma. Combine that with the fact that way he was positioned in a way that his upper body was completely stabilized which likely heightened the effect. Just like what happened last week with Klitschko-Chambers. It wasn't even a huge punch, it was just in a perfect spot to cause that snapping motion.

Besides, the DQ was called instantly. He didn't need to act.

EDIT: I just saw the article saying the brain test showed up negative. I got to call it like I see it and you would think something would show up based on the way he reacted so I'll I won't completely rule out that he may have been acting.

He was not acting. Either way it was a dirty foul and Abraham deserved to be disqualified.

How anyone can discredit Dirrell for this fight is beyond me. He dropped Abraham twice (once officially, and Abraham also knocked Dirrell down and Cole didn't count it), won almost all the rounds outside of a few, and had Abraham flustered and frustrated.

Yes, Abraham was gaining steam, but Dirrell was expecting that and had adjusted his game plan accordingly. In actuality, Abraham was swinging wildly and probably wouldn't have gotten his KO punch, and Dirrell would've won on points.

But to say he was acting is a joke. He was on the ground for minutes. Not to mention that was an extremely hard punch, so acting or not, it hurt and it was dirty, so Abe should've been disqualified.

End of story. Some are just bum hurt that the US is doing surprisingly well in this tourney.

Altough Dirrell did seem to be tired, he was winning the fight on the score cards and only had to coast through the last two rounds to win, why would he fake being knocked out?

I guess the TS and others that claim Dirrell was faking are smarter than the ringside doctors, ref and commentators who were all up close to the action and never seemed to doubt that Dirrell was really hurt.

He was hurt and he was hurt bad.. I was rooting for AA to win.. And was quite honestly expecting a knock out in the 11th or 12th round.. But not in this sort of way. He wasn't acting, why would he put on an act, in his arguably yet best fight of his life, in his hometown, beating an undisputed world champion?
Yes exactly, there's no reason why he would do that..

That's NOT the way a person's leg shakes when he's KOed! It looked very deliberate.
                  I agree..I think so too

Yes he was, but it should still be a DQ

In a way you can't blame him as it was an illegal shot late on in the fight, but of course he was acting. Total act. He should get an award for putting on those leg trembles.
