These images confirm what I posted on why I feel he was acting. None of these clips even show him starting to shake yet. Like I said I watched the fight with my wife who is a doctor and several of her colleagues who are also physicians. Look at how Dirrell gets hit, stays up for a few seconds and then lies on his back with his gloves up near his eyes. Then he starts to convulse about 8-10 seconds later (not shown on these clips). That's total bull****. If you get hit hard enough to convulse it occurs right away. You can get hit and then have a delayed reaction and fall down but you don't get hit, have a delayed reaction and then start to convulse. If you've been hit hard enough to twitch the convulsions start RIGHT AWAY. Dirrell gets hit, doesn't go down right away, then goes down, then (and we don't see it in these images because it took so long) starts to twitch. Again, this is a bull**** acting job on his part. Additionally he puts his glove up near his left temple area after Abraham punch landed on his lower left jaw. This makes no sense. He gets hit in his left jaw but acts like the pain is near his left temple. Your images do show this.
Dirrell was clearly winning the fight and outboxing Abraham when Arthur blatantly fouled him. He had put on a great boxing performance but his style of fighting really tires him out in the later rounds. Abraham was starting to get to him a bit, he was exhausted, slipped and when he got hit with the illegal blow he knew he could win on DQ if he stayed down and decided to act as if the blow really damaged him to insure he got the DQ victory. I think it's pretty easy to see (myself and the doctors I watched the fight with immediately picked up on it) because his acting was terrible. Getting so hysterical, pretending like he didn't know what had happened, all an acting job after the fact. I can't stress enough what the doctors I watched the fight with told me. Again, they say that if you absorb a blow to the head that really ****s you up then you will convulse immediately. It's not possible for someone to have such a long delayed reaction to head trauma like Dirrell displayed. Dirrell took the blow, thought about it, put his gloves up to his temples (although he got hit in the lower left jaw), went down to his back, thought about it some more, and then decided to convulse because he was exhausted and knew he'd get the DQ victory.
