Funeka gets shafted again by the judges

The sport of boxing needs to clean up it's officiating.

I scored it 115-112 for Funeka.

Anybody else feel sorry for Funeka? He's been the vicrtim of three injustices in a row.

And besides, Guzman was permitted to weight in at 9 pounds overweight.

I thought the fight could have gone either way. I think I had Guzman by a few as Funeka pulled a Clottey in the last round especially.... just following him around and doing nothing.

I'm still a big Funeka fan though. That knockdown was almost on the back of the head and 9lbs overweight is a disgrace. That really was a lightweight versus a welterweight in there.

I definitely agree he was robbed against Cambell and Guzman I thought... no doubt about that.

i, like probably everyone else on this board was pulling for funeka. he lost. guzman stunk it up but he landed the more telling blows and scored a KD.
i had it 7-5 guzman with the KD.
the scoring was not controversial but the fight was a sham. unlike the first fight, guzman had no problems eating funeka's punches, hit harder this time around and had more energy down the stretch. the fact that he didnt even try to make the weight made all the difference.

115-112 for Funeka? That would have been a robbery. I thought 114-113 was for each was good. The 116-111 had to be from the KD.
