Just so peeps know where I stand on Dirrell and the KO....I felt AA should have been DQ'd and Dirrell was seriously hurt and wasn't faking. I have seen that delayed reaction several times before and you can tell he didn't have his equilibrium.
Honestly, AA was about to win that fight

Same here.
Don't get it twisted, Dirrell did his thing tonight, and fought a great fight. I just think if AA didn't make that ****** decision to hit him when he was down, Abe could have knocked him out.Comment

And that's what it all boils down to ... The guys who picked AA are pissed that he was getting handled and they can't take the reality of it - So, Dirrell faked slips, faked getting clocked while on his ass etc....... Ridiculous!!!!!LOL You know?I can't believe what I'm reading in here. I knew once the DQ went down we would get the typical whiny, emotional, fans rewriting history claiming that "Abraham was going to win by KO anyway!" Dirrell faked it!". The bottom line is that Dirrell was beating Abraham badly and made him look ordinary to tell you the truth. The foul came out of pure frustration and even Abraham's corner told him he was losing badly. Some people here are just amazing with their BS theory's when fights don't go like they wanted.Comment

Exactly he had 4 mins to run. I wasn't that out of gas to avoid AA wreckless punches. You can tell he was getting extremely frustratedComment

That's fair, I havent been shocked at a shot like that since Roy Jones hit Montell, man if this was MMA there would not have been a problem at all with the illegal shot but this is Boxing.Comment

Dirrell himself said he knew exactly how to win, he had to keep throwing punches AA might have been able to close the deal at the end but now we won't know. Unfortunate circumstances, nonetheless this tournament has really been fantastic.Comment

I honestly thought AA was gonna KO Dirrell in the 12th round. Dirrell in the 11th round looked very tired but frustration (getting outboxed & losing by points) led to impatience for AA. When Dirrell slipped in the 11th round, AA's was thinking, "I'm not gonna let this fool kill time, better KO him now." Bad idea.Comment

Your right but Dirrell could have caught Abraham as well or skaked to victory and that's the beauty of an opinion we all have one.Comment
