Kretschmann is a good guy, but not hard enough to be a boxer. This fight was awful... Kretsche just turned his back to the opponent, twice, totally capitulating like a looser. What the hell was it? If you want to give up - go down, let your knee touch the floor. Let your coach throw the towel. But don't walk away like that in the middle of the round.

The funny thing was, that the referee seems to be for 100% bought by Kretschmann's well-known promoter. After Kretschmann's capitulation by turning his back to the opponent, the referee was trying to change the result into disqualification for Bakhtov. Because Bakhtov punched Kretschmann as the guy just walked away from him. Basically, why not? The fight was going on and Kretschmann was not on the floor. Is there a rule saying, that a boxer should not hit the opponent, if he walks away like a coward? Luckily, this ******ity was stopped by promoter Ahmet Öner himself, coming into the ring and raising Bakhtov's hand. Respect to him for doing that.

The impression: it's Öner who makes the decisions, not the referee. And Kretschmann should retire as a boxer. The fight was heavily promoted by TV Channel Sat1, and a defeat like this is worth than any KO. Good luck to Steffen outside the ring.
