nope-even if he beats Kessler (who a lot of people are unjustly calling "shot"),then Froch has to get through Abraham...there is not one sane person who believes Froch would survive trading punches with Arthur.
I believe a Dirrell/Froch fight would be more clear than the last fight and Ward would pummel Carl...

I've just spent the last two days rewatching both round one fights of the S6 and you know I think Froch might just take Abraham on workrate. On pure trading KO % would have to give Abraham the slight edge but there's no way I'd count Froch out. No way whatsoever. I think he'll suprise a few peeps in rounds 2 + 3.

no way froch wont outwork aurthor for the fact king will land his shots on froch leaky defense and willingness to fight. he can put combos together and work when he needs to
he has underrated speed and is accurate. and he isnt afriad to let his hands go

This is exactly how it is. I really hope Froch gets through Kessler undamaged and unbeaten because the Abraham fight will be such a great war. Two unbeaten champions going toe to toe.

Win or lose against Kessler I know Abraham is going to lay him out bad in the 3rd stage of the tourney. And I do think he beat Kessler on momentum alone. Froch by controversial split decision.

Forget about getting him to be a consensus favorite, I can't even get the majority of posters to admit he is good if he beats Kess in addition to what he has already done.

i think he's got a shot at decisioning abraham. he'd have to put a lot of early rounds in the bank though. which you could count on him to attempt to do. froch has a mexican's heart and he doesn't get a lot of credit for it. ward could beat him clearly on points. i doubt he'd knock him out though. plus ward's chin is pretty untested so we don't know how he'll handle froch's power. in the end, i wouldn't consider him the favorite, a very live underdog though. kessler's supposedly dealt with bad injuries for years so we can't say what his ring age is. ward might not be anywhere near as good as people are giving him credit for.
