Has anyone seen the interview that he had after he lost to Raheem in the post fight press? It was pretty funny how Bob Arum actually interrupts the interview after Morales seemed to reject the fact about fighting Pacquiao again and show signs of him not sure about fighting ever again and arum says "Of course he will fight pacquaio again". Erik was done, Those two other fights against pacquiao were for the money.Comment

Please...I seriously doubt those were your sentiments about 6rds into the 2nd pacquiao fight.Has anyone seen the interview that he had after he lost to Raheem in the post fight press? If you followed his career, Everyone advised him to retire from boxing after his lost to raheem. Look it up, All the news articles from Tijuana and others from Mexico had Pacquiao as the favorite.
It was great seeing him start off well, It was a sign of relief but other than that, No one wanted him to continue.Comment

I like morales as a fighter, he was a boxer that can punch. But when manny and him fought for 3 lovely fights, manny was still a left dominant, 1-dimensional fighter. Manny was just using his left to knock morales out, and was using his right just to measure distance.. Now, manny was able to KD hatton and cotto with his right hook, and clottey tasted one in the first round, that made clottey turtled up after that..Comment

Everyone Also advised Barrera to retire after his losses to junior jones. and again after his loss to pacquiao. imagine if he had listened.
Now admittedly i've always been a bigger barrera fan than morales fan. but fact is Morales was gunning for a title in what would have been a record 4th weight division for a mexican fighter. It was an ugly fight but he didnt exactly get a brutal beatdown that it's obviously a career ender. They kept Morales 4th p4p even after the loss for a reason. He was simply out of place at 135 and had to go back down to 130 to be competitive. problem was he had little desire to do so.Comment
