Ward beats anyone from 160-175 IMO.

I think Dawson beats him hands down, but after that I like Ward's chances against the rest, except maybe Hopkins.

That has been my pick since this tourney was announced. Abraham is a monster who appears to be unstoppable, he controls the tempo of his fights until he is ready to call it a night, then ends the fight. Ward however, in my opinion hasnt shown us nearly everything he can be, and may not be aware himself of what he can be. If he put his mind to it, he could stop basically everyone he fights. He doesnt do it because he is a very smart fighter, he sticks to his game plan. Ward vs Abraham would be a very intriguing matchup. If he gets careless, Ward could be put on the canvass, he has never really had his chin tested from what I have seen. He is a very gifted fighter, with just a little more explosiveness I think he can become a superstar of the sport and remain one for years to come.

True, but Arthur has made a bad style work for him. Despite it's almost unbelievable it still works, Ward can exploit it better than anyone. The great thing about the tournament is that we can anticipate the fights because they will happen, they can't duck. If they do they are dropped out and will be forever in shame and lose the chance to become the best in the world. A solid tournament is a win win situation for almost everyone (cept Taylor as he was really shot already).

I never thought of that match up Dawson vs. Ward that would be a real scrap.
