Brother Naz is one of the best trainers in boxing today. Billy Graham is an average trainer, I know Matt Mackalin and Ricky Hatton dumped him.

There is a lot of good trainers and bad trainers out there. The problem is a lot of professional boxers have bad trainers and they cannot fight to their potential or cannot learn some of the essential basics because their trainers suck (ie Kelly Pavlik and Chris Arreola's situation). Boxers like Samuel Peter, Kelly Pavlik, Zab Judah and many others desperately need new trainers. Boxers like Hopkins, Dawson, and Mosley obviously do not need new trainers.

Cotto's trainer against Pacquiao was garbage-Joel Santiago I think? If there was a worst trainer of the year award, he won it, hands down.
