Mayweather by TKO/KO. He had one punch KO power at that time, and was a lot faster. It would just be a faster paced version of the fight they had at 147, with JMM crumbling in the later rounds.

1. fighters don't lose punching power by getting bigger.
This is by far the most ******ed post I've ever seen. The only fighter I've ever seen gain power while moving up in weight is Pacquiao, unless the fighter was drained before they moved up. Fighters like Mosley, De La Hoya, Mayweather, Castillo and JMM lost a lot of power when they moved up in weight.

This what I been trying to tell tua. Floyd had power in both hands at 130.
Stick to trolling...leave boxing talk to other posters.
Did you honestly just tell me that fighters cant lose power as they move up in weight?
LMAO

you guys are ******.
explain to me how a guy losses power by gaining weight/muscle and cutting less weight.
guys don't lose power when they go up in weight.
the guys at the higher weights can take punches better.
is that so hard to understand? goddamn simpletons.
when people say carry over the power to a higher division.
they're not talking about having the same power as they did in the lower weight classes.
they're talking about a higher increase in punching power relative to the increase punch resistance of those in the higher weight classes.
i don't know how much simpler it is to explain to your dumbasses.
A prime JMM at 130 is better than Chavez, Hernandez, Manfreddy, Corrales, Genera, Chicanito pretty much anybody that Floyd fought at 130 JMM is better than.
Also I don't think some of you guys really saw a prime young JMM. Who was more tactical, more defensive, didn't leave himself open so much. Once he started loosing a step he became more offensive minded.
I think Floyd wins however, JMM has good chin, is tough as nails and has a giant heart. Plus has great skills I seriously doubt Floyd stops him.
Mayweather would open up more, so Marquez would be able to counter punch more often, and he in incomparably better condition at 130 than when he and Floyd fought. Floyd wins an 8-4 type decision where he gets as good as he gives.
No chance he would knock Marquez out, Floyd at 130 did not hit harder than Pacquiao, who put Marquez on his ass 4 times and couldn't keep him down. Floyd may knock JMM down but he wouldn't knock him out or stop him.
