Guzman alway seem to have weight problem, He was schedule to fight scott harrison back in 2000s and he pulled out in the last minute because he wanted to move up!

i remember that. not that harrison really would have done much in mind, however i remember many uk posters being very unhappy about that.

Guzman would have KO Harrison, Guzman was a big punch at the lower lower weight, And i was really looking forward to the fight and then i heard he was moving up! I just knew he could make weight straight away for some reason.

¿How does a fighter or his trainer not monitor his(the fighter's) weight? OR EVEN WORST!..¿How do they do not notice the fighter is 9lbs OVERWEIGHT!?...And to make things EVEN WORST THAN BEFORE, Funeka who's not at fault & all the time comes in weight is getting the ****ty part of all this!..If the fight does go on, Funeka should get a nice chunk of Guzman's purse & if he looses it should not affect his ranking(since he's actually fighting a welterweight) & they should fine & suspend Guzman...As far as I know, this is the second time Guzman comes in overweight..The last time Guzman went up in weight(from 126 to 130) to fight Javier Jauregui & still didn't make the weight(the fight was at 130lbs & Guzman weight was 132 1/2lbs)...

God damn, this is so depressing. Funeka should already have the win over Guzman and have a belt and now he's faced with the same bull**** once again. If the fight happens, I have no doubt that Funeka will whoop Joan's ass once again.

How the fuck can't Guzman make weight? That's his job. If it truly worked as hard as he could to make weight, he should move up to WW. I hate to see a guy train his ass off to make weight and have his opponent come in 9 fucking pounds over weight.

..Guzman should just move up to the next weight class stop wasting his time and most importantly other boxers time, no wonder his career is on hold. Hearing things from these boxers makes me appreciate the likes of Pacman and Roy Jones, both goes up in weight class regardless weather they will get knocked out or not. Win or lose, there is always a fight.
