what the hell does that mean. you have people in the govt committing crimes left and right. so that shoots your theory into the ground

damn yall...not going to waste my breathe any longer.

There is no FACTS to the matter. It's all based on your opinion.

like everyone thought. yall arent fans of the sport. yall only have manlove for pac.
I will be a fan of the sports when PACMAN is gone, nothing change since tyson era. What im saying is, somebody here said Andre Ward has been link to balco but nobody is talking about it. Now the same said person is being hyprocrite.

ok, then he deserves the same skeptism and heat pac would get and needs to be banned. the tallest nail always get hammered first and pac is a bigger star than andre.

thats why there is more heat on pac than andre but andres opponent should def require him to take OST too

I'm a huge Pacman fan, having said that the question will always be in my mind until he takes the test. WHO TURNS DOWN 40 MIL OVER BLOOD???? Lets just say it was Azaira and he had no idea, don't matter, it was still in him. I'll always be thankful for the memories but the wins don't mean anything. Yes I'm glad I got to watch him but unless he fights someone elite (who can move and doesn't come forward swinging slowly) and takes the tests it will always be in my mind. I'm glad I got to see the rise but quit being a ***** and takes the tests. Drop the suit, take the tests, and prove you are the best. Otherwise there will always be a mark next to your name. I love Pac but he's making me a d*mn Mayweather fan cause at least Mayweather don't back down. Serouisly 10 mil for every pound over???? Thats no more demanding than OSDT. Just my opinion.

Again, why would Ariza and Tom (from UCLA) are willing to risk their livelihood and their reputations on the line if they know what they put on Pacquiao are PEDs? Certainly they handle other athletes' nutrition/training programs as well, so why aren't they scrutinized also? Is the US media afraid of the UCLA, or too ****** to investigate?

The University heads WOULD certainly frown if they found out that one of their faculty members abused their authority by dispensing PEDs in a sport that is already considered as 'dirty'. The Board Members would certainly rather avoid a scandal by resigning or pressuring the admin into kicking out Tom. And if found guilty, Ariza and Tom would have been stripped of their licenses, and probably ban them from performing their trade in almost every state in the US.

The crackhead's reason is simple: jealousy. Not the USD40 mil. payday.

It is disappointing to see some people are so eager to believe and prop up the crackhead's accusations, and twisting them into facts when there isn't any CONCRETE proof. Don't get me started on the incredible A-side meth.

                  What, they do PEDs too?

I'm asking again nicely: why would they risk losing their licenses over PEDs?

alot of people risk their livelyhoods everyday, by cheating to get ahead.

lets put it this way. if ariza and the "nutritionists" hock pac up on peds to make it look like he has the best conditioning and nutrition coaching in boxing, well other boxers will want to pay them for their services too to get them to the next level.

why would they want to do this? business=MONEY.

                    its not that hard guy

Alright, a fair answer. At the very least, this is an area waiting to be opened, and I could see how the lawsuit by Pacquiao would happen (if they ever go to trial):

The court will most likely ask the courts to subpoena Ariza and Tom, plus the substances used for their clients on this matter. Then their clients may be required to give blood/urine/hair samples for tests as mandated by the courts (using maybe an independent laboratory?). Other laboratory screening tests may be needed as well. The courts will also ask experts (we're talking about doctors, scientists, lab ****) on this field, and devote a significant amount of time to check if there are case studies made already on sports nutrition correlated with PEDs (which by the way, every Sports Medicine department in every hospital and university has a library of journals/case studies in the United States alone), after all we want the statistics/numbers here. Then they'll summon the NSAC and the USADA to the court as well to present their cases on why these tests are endorsed by the opposing camps (which means another round of experts and studies again). Top Rank and GBP will be asked to submit if they comply to the NSAC or other state athletic commissions' drug testing policies as well.

Then the trainers' themselves: Roach and Roger, giving statements and documentation to support their case.

Finally the man who started it all, Senior. The ball is in his court. The burden of proof lies in his statements.

But we need to speed things up (after all any fan of Boxing would want the match to happen like, next week?), but the US courts aren't exactly the type to resort to shortcuts in justice, aren't they? Or are they?

It will be time-consuming and by the time the verdict is out, both of these P4P kings have retired. One is an elected official and the other, uh, Idk.
