I'm not saying Pacquiao is not good.You all know Floyd is the real number one pound for pound fighter.No one is scrutinising Pacquiao because you just want a non black fighter being pound for pound number one.If James Toney or Hopkins or any black fighter had pulled out of a fight because he didnt want blood tests,the whole media would have turned against him and all commissions and politicians would have been involved

Have you seen the bias against black fighters on you tube and how most journalists and writers are so biased against black fighters.

When Floyd retired some peole had Joe as P4P #1.

Oscar was P4P #1 at one point in the mid 90's by the Ring.

Chavez was P4P #1 in the early 90's by the Ring.
