Pac did said that if they would test him the day of the fight he would feel weak, but Brian said that he would only be tested 14 days before fight, and a test after the fight. Pac said he would be distracted, but we all know that's BS because anyone who watched HBO's Pacquiao VS Cotto 24/7 knows that Pacquiao was distracted, and even Roach was unhappy about it. Not from what i saw from his last HBO's 24/7. Pac didn't trained that well like he usually does, and he was more willing to help his people out, he didn't had enough times to trained. Roach was upset and wanted to head back to the US so they could train more, but Pac was upset because he was helping his people out..
