Has Margarito even gotten his licnese yet? Do we know how Margarito will look on May 8 yet? There is still so much variables that needs to happen for this fight to go through.

They don't have to fight here. They can fight in PI.

And easily. People seem to have short term memory and not realize what a not so mobile and slower Mosley did to in his last fight. Or they just like to line Arum's pockets up with money from his one sided make belief fights.

Wouldn't Arum make more money here than in PI?

The point is,Is Arum trying to destroy Pacquiao now since Pacquiao has been talking about retirement or he sincerely believes Pacquiao will whoop Margarito? You all remember this fight was first mentioned before Margarito fought Cotto.
No I don't think so. Who knows maybe Margarito isn't the same anymore after the punishment he took from Cotto + Mosley

LOL bet what? If they never do fight, are you just gonna keep saying "Wait and see" after Pacquiao's gone through 3 or 4 more fights?

IMO, him fighting isn't helping his chances of fighting in the States where guys like Pacquiao, Cotto, Mayweather, and or anyone else in the division stands to make the most money.

You guys bash Arum and don't believe anything he says, yet he makes a comment about Pacquiao vs Margarito and now all of a sudden you believe him KNOWING Pacquiao is at the level of Floyd as far as figures in the sport and that he'll go to Mexico and fight for peanuts against a fighter who practically the sport has ridiculed? LOL ok...

in the eyes of true boxing fans, yes. it does damage pacs legacy cherrypicking the easiest possible fight rather than taking on one of many challenges out there.

arum doesnt care about pacs legacy though, just money. and margarito has the name and nationality to draw a crowd even though he stands no chance to beat pacquiao.

and with no chance i mean NO chance. we all know the term "anything can happen in boxing", but margarito really has no chance of being competetive with pacquiao.

Maybe but I don't think Margarito will get his license back and he has agreed to fight Pacquiao in PI
