dirrell is nothing like floyd, not even close. floyd fights well inside or outside. floyd fights backwards. dirrell is a boxer and a counter puncher but he doesnt defend with a shoulder roll and he doesnt fight on the inside. dirrell fights on the outside and uses his reach to his advantage to avoid inside fights.

u say floyd's workrate is like clotteys. clottey did not at any point control the pace of that fight, he mostly blocked and rarely hit. floyd doesnt stand in front of fighters and take their punches, he moves and controls his opponents movements to lure them into traps where either he throws a lead right or waits to counter.

now tell me, who has margs beat that fights even remotely like floyd??i asked that before and you have yet to say anything. u are quick to point out how different margs is from corrales. all u can say is he has a higher workrate. hes not faster and and they are about the same size. so why is it wrong to compare the two???because floyd probably wont knock margs out???so what?? u think floyd cares??? neither use their height and they were both pressure fighters. im confident it would have been a repeat.

Margarito -Floyd will be like marquez Floyd. And it will make Marg look like an amateur. Bad matchup for Marg. But is not like Floyd will even accept to fight him. He doesnt have confidence in himself

except margs is a big WW and marquez is a lightweight. I don't care what people say, the margs that fought cotto would give any WW a problem. He was relentless, punches did not slow him down , if anything they made him stronger. his stamina and punch output were amazing. i don;t like the guy anymore but the margs that fought mosley was different for so many reasons, i though he looked drained on top of the fact that he got caught attempting to cheat before the fight. floyd fans can say mayweather is out of all these guys league but the fact of the matter is if he really was at the time, a couple years back, then he would have fought them and cleaned out a great division and cemented a real legacy that no one could ever question. and he probably would have mad pretty good money too, especially if he fought them after oscar or ricky instead of retiring. reminds me of calzaghe when he said he would beat pavlik and other guys but never got into the ring with them. if you knnow you can beat a guy then, you would just fight the guy and beat him, it can only do good things for your name and career.
