Will Ruiz become a Hall of famer for being the first Latin HW champ?

Does Tyson really deserve to be a Hall of Fame?

Do Nard 20+ defenses grant him a ticket to the HOF?

i would add Ruiz, he was the 1st latin HW champ. maybe even Bryd, he has beaten just about everyone in the HW Div. Was Floyd on that list? He will be a Hall of famer
