US PPVs is just a subset of being popular. It is an indicator that Floyd is a draw. In terms of popularity, IMO, Pac/Hatton >>>> Floyd.

True. He has been on PPV 12 times vs six times for Mayweather and he has made more money in those 12 PPV performances (although the Diaz numbers are wrong) than Mayweather has made in six

This post also shows why Mayweather is no longer working with Arum. Arum has busted his ass promoting his Latino fighters like Cotto and Morales and also Pacquaio, but he let Mayweather sit on the shelf and put forth very little effort towards making Mayweather a major attraction.
