I don't think some of you guys are understanding the question. I think some of you guys are confused with P4P power. I agree P4P Pac hits harder than P-Will. But, we not talking about P4P here. We are talking about at 147, 154, 160 who hits harder. The answer is Williams.
P-Will stopped a top 10 WW with good boxing skills in 1 round. As much as I love Pac he would not be able to do that. Pac speed and awkward punching angles is that hurt his opponents cuz they don't see it coming. Is not pure power. P-Will went to 160 and KO'd a guy in 1 round. That same guy went 6 rounds with Ander Ward who is a elite SMW. That shows you what kind of power this dude have.

williams--------no brainer. pac's power is being overshadowed by shot fighters. of course itll appear he has more power when ur fighting a fighter thats shot to ****.
If P-Will is not draining himself to make WW he would hit harder there than in a higher weight-class. And, you and I both believe he can make 147 with no problem right?
