So if Manny requested the fight be for the title and it was excepted, why can't Floyd request the commision run OST for that fight and let it be excepted or rejected and just fight? Maybe Manny doesnt want the testing to interfere with his training, mabe he just wants to piss floyd off. You dont know and neither do I. Both guys killed this fight. So instead of everybody complaining about testing just demand the fight if you really want to see it.

This is a myth.

Pacquiao was happy with 30 days before the fight and immediately after the fight, then compromised to 24 days before the fight for random blood tests. He did agree to random blood tests, but not 14 days before the fight as Mayweather demanded.

then floyd moved up to 14days, while pacquiao moved down to 24days.
