Yeah, he did, but Rahman took a standing count on the ropes when about KO'd early on. Standing counts are bull**** in the pro game.

You seem to be making quite the leap about Sasha getting robbed. I thought there was lots of talk about this being in Moscow btw

I just don`t think that there are enough money for Klitschkos to make the fight anywhere in the former USSR...

You think somebody can get the judges decision over the Klitschko if the fight takes place somewhere in Europe?

Haye is tied up for 3 more fights with Don King. Ruiz, Valuev rematch and Chagaev/Meehan winner.

Also Povetkin earned his shot. Haye ....... hasn't.

You're speculating. Haye says otherwise. Time will tell.

You don't think that they could go to Moscow and get 50K people? Moscow definitley, Kiev probably too. Money wise Moscow would be best though and this is the 1 fight that i really belive they could earn more money outside Germany. I'd also like to see the fans in either country get to watch them fight there.

Yes i think that if it went 12 rounds that you could get a fair decision against Vova in Germany.

Dan Rafael said today on ESPN that Povetkin will not be fighting Wladimir next because Teddy Atlas doesn't feel he's ready yet.

Rafael said Wlad's next opponent could be Sam Peter, who becomes the IBF mandatory if Povetkin doesn't want to fight Wlad now; or, Wlad may fight the winner of Arreola-Adamek.

                I wouldn't mind seeing Wlad-Peter II or Wlad-Arreola.

Povetkin will never be ready for Wlad, and judging by the string of complete bums he's been fighting recently (and not looking at all impressive in doing so) I don't think he ever had any intention of 'being ready'. If he pulls out again he needs to be stripped of his mandatory status and Wlad needs to move on: Solis, Haye, Arreola. Lots of good matchups for him in the near future. As for Povetkin, he can get back to fighting in the bum of the month club.

How can Povetkin not be ready, he's no longer a prospect. Peter although he has the physical assets to beat Wladimir and is now getting in shape, he doesn't have the skills. A lot of these boxers don't have championship level skills, and a lot of the blame goes to today's trainers.

Arreola will get absolutely destroyed by Wladimir, Adamek might make it an interesting fight.

I agree, if he's not ready now he never will be. Could be he's waiting for the Klitschkos to retire.

I don't mind though, I'd like to see Wlad-Arreola or Wlad-Peter II. Or, best of all, Wlad-Haye but that one seems as unlikely as Wlad-Povetkin..
