Comments Thread For: Bernard Hopkins Trashes The Idea of Facing Chad Dawson

Some fights are never meant to happen. One of those fights, at light heavyweight, is Bernard Hopkins vs. Chad Dawson. It really doesn't matter if Hopkins and Dawson are successful in their upcoming fights, a potential showdown between the two of them will never happen. Why? Because Hopkins doesn't see any value in a fight with Dawson. [Click Here To Read More]

Well finally the sanctioning bodies are not on Dawson's face. HBO wanted Dawson vs Hopkins in April, but Hopkins turned the offer.

Chad would whop his ass. Chad is the "Floyd Mayweather" at the light heavyweight division, whether you like his style or not, you can't deny his talent.

He can't possibly think that beating Chad does nothing for his legacy. But I guess it's better to lose a fight your supposed to against a HW like the Ruiz-Haye winner than lose to someone in your alleged weight class like Chad. Then against, he's almost literally a half a century years old, so he can fight whoever he so chooses.

ofcourse he does...he knows Dawson would win every round.....Hopkins can't handle "real' speed.
