What are the chances of seeing Ortiz VS Maidana II?

I say about a 70% chance that we will get to see Ortiz VS Maidana II if Maidana beats Cayo and Ortiz passes Campbell...One thing I know for sure is that the chances for this rematch are higher than being able to watch Khan vs Maidana...I honestly think this might be another reason GBP and Khan are holding back on Maidana....Ortiz vs Khan can be a big payday...it was the whole plan all along...

i think there's a good chance once khan dumps his belt to avoid everyone at 140.
if both maidana and ortiz win their fights, ortiz would become maidana's mandatory after khan runs off to 147....which should be soon.
