No wonder Nacho was telling Juanita to go out with dignity, lol.

Clottey and Juanita are two totally different fighters, in the end, they were both shutdown !! Both performed poorly !!

Juanita, considered a master tactician throughout his career, looked like a fish out of water. Not only that, he fought the wrong gameplan(Not that it would've made a difference). I don't care what your style is, but when you have a taller, faster man in front of you, you don't try to fight going backwards !!

LMFAO. But your initial statement really sums up the gist of this thread IMO. Green for the rebuttal though.

I think both JMM and Clottey realised they hadnt a prayer and gave up within the first few rounds. I think both could have tried harder, if they did they both wouldve ended up on their ass, but I wouldve given them more credit. Maybe less so for JMM because he was just too slow, too small and too fat. Clottey doesnt have that excuse.

Anyways both fights ****** balls. At least in the Pacquiao fight we saw someone throw punches and make an effort at being entertaining.

Just watched both fights back to back and noticed, and no im not a Pac hater just keepin it real.

Both Clottey and JMM were in a similar position only JMM never stopped trying and went out on his shield.
Thats the difference between african fighters and mexicans one's. Africans live to fight another day where as its now or never for mexicans.

I agree with the fact that fighters from Mexico are warriors but I have seen alot of fighters from Africa that fit that descrption too. Kid Akeem and Azumah Nelson are the first that come to mind!

May-Marquez was a total mis-match going in and ended up being a total mis-match during the fight too.
Pacman-Clottey was a competitive fight going in and turned out to be non-competitive during it. So either fight was not one to really save in your fight library.
