if haye kos ruiz, which i think he will win just not by ko, hopkins will back down quick....except he'll drag out negotiations then itll just fall thru by 'accident' or 'haye demanded too much'....

I honestly don't think Hopkins is personally afraid of Chad Dawson. HBO lowballed him like a motherfucker when that fight was being discussed. HBO only offered $3 million for both Dawson and Hopkins to split down the middle. Which is fair, given that both guys are not big draws at this stage. But put yourself in Hopkins' shoes for a minute. Would you take that kind of chump change payday to fight someone like that who is only highly regarded by hardcore boxing purists? Now regardless of that, Hopkins has no business fighting a shot Roy Jones. He could've fought someone else besides that if he felt like the Dawson fight was a crap payday. Cunningham and Bute come to mind.
