if he fights in mexico, i guarantee you he wont get a license in nevada again. anywhere else in the us is possible. however, it still may be unlikely.

u dont thumb your nose at a commission and expect to go back there and beg for a license

well he really hasn't. He did his one year suspension without fighting anywhere, has not been able to get on CSAC's agenda for meetings, and no one has given him a date to meet with them.

and to be honest with the pull Arum has with NSAC I would be shocked if he never got licensed there.

it all hinges on what CSAC has in store for him but he did abide by their findings and did not fight at all anywhere for the year they stated
