He doesn't have to be licensed there, however, once he fights in Mexico against the wishes of the commissions here, he'll never get licensed here again, you can bet your ass on that. That's basically like telling the commissions here to kiss your ass.

He may not care about what we think, but like I said, after fighting in Mexico, he can forget fighting in the U.S. again. He'll never get licensed.
