USADA: "If Mosley cheats again, he will be caught and EXPOSED in our program"

Tygart said that if USADA had had jurisdiction over boxing in 2003, it would have aggressively pursued evidence implicating Mosley, but that any hypothetical suspension would have been complete by this point.

"If he did cheat, and he does again, he will be caught and exposed in our program," Tygart said.

I really hope Nevada or New York adopt some kind of blood testing standard even if it isn't random.

USADA is just saving face.....there's been a number of olympians who have come out and said they've cheated and never been caught....nice try bums. We need better testing than what USADA is offering.

Well, the NSAC are conducting their own tests in contrast to what the USADA are conducting, so obviously they're not relying on the USADA to be the final answer, otherwise they'd mandate it as THE test for the fight.

What'll be funny is if the tests come back completely upside down from each other (meaning NSAC and USADA) lol.

What the NSAC needs to do instead of babysitting is make it the standard.

This will be taken two ways...

Pacquiao Fans: These are all the necessary tests so **** Floyd...

Floyd Fans: This is exactly why Pacquiao doesn't wanna take the tests...

I hope they're (USADA) not out there to get Mosley. Mosley agreed to be tested and these kinds of statements spewed is just useless...

It is not just that but it is quite obvious.

The USADA will never have jurisdiction over boxing, that's what the Commisions are for. They are only the company hired to do the testing, and suggests a set of penalties to the governing body. So the point is moot.

Only thing they have any control over is exposing the results, and any cheater.
