Comments Thread For: Team Alexander Respond To Timothy Bradley's Promoter

Tension has been growing between Team Devon Alexander and Team Tim Bradley since Alexander scored an 8th round knock out of former IBF junior welterweight champion Juan Urango. Bradley's promoter, Gary Shaw responded to comments made by Alexander's manager, Kevin Cunningham, on Tuesday. Shaw said that he thinks the fight should happen but that Bradley already has a fight scheduled for June 26th, Alexander has to wait until after that. [Click Here To Read More]

The problem with Timothy Bradley,is that he has the same name as my brother, just kidding,it's like Roy said about Bernard,he can fight but nobody really wants to watch him fight,Devon on the other hand is a blessing to boxing and i can't wait to watch him fight again

            Exactly!!..

Why is Bradley fighting a Welterweight anyway?!..

140lb division is WAY too stacked for Bradley to use a tune-up at 147..it's pointless to me!..

its not exactly a tune-up. abregu's unknown to bradley. he's alot bigger than bradley and he can ****.
he just couldnt find a similar, willing opponent at 140 since everybody was occupied or just didnt want to fight him.

Whoa..you from Calumet City homie?..south suburbs..that's wassup!..I'm from the south of the Chi..

                anyway..

Abregu hasn't fought anybody worth really mentioning..so his power can be getting overrated a bit..and his chin is ****..and I'm sure that there is a lot of no namers in his own division who would jump at the opportunity rather than him going up in weight then coming back down...

the promoters really need to start giving they fans what they want, can you imagine mayweather v pacquaio headlining, on the undercard cotto v marg and bradley v alexander at the cowboys stadium. now that will do 100,000! if only we the fans had more of a say... that event would go down in history break all records for years to come!
