After reading thru these pages I find it interesting that random blood tests while not mandatory, have been part of many fighting contracts.

Having Random blood tests as part of the contract would not make this the first time a boxer has NEGOTIATED this stipulation as a condition for both parties to agree to a fight.

However, a $10 million fine for being over the Welter weight limit would be a FIRST in boxing history. Well just thought it was funny whom was trying to make history with their unprsidented demands.:wank:

Plus random testing isn't fixed. What if they randomly do not test anywhere near 15 days since it is random.

None of the fighters you named started at 106. For a welter-wt to move to middle-wt though still a very tough move it can happen but we're talking about a feather moving to welter-wt and KOing the bigger guys. BS!!!!! I and I was being nice with the feather-wt thing. Ray Robinson succame to the higher weight and Ray Leonard didnt bulldoze Hagler. We're talking about a guy who bulldozed Cotto. Like my dude said earlier, this is like Wilfredo Gomez moving up and KOing Tommy Hearns. At least Gomez was a KO artist and you still saw what happened when Gomez tried to move up just 4 pounds. No fighter has ever moved up that much let lone moving up while going on a KO spree.
