A normal human is too easy to beat at 147 for Manny now.

He makes weight comfortably and doesn't have to starve himself.

That allows him more time to train and learn things and not be hungry.

If anyone ahs starved and lost 15 lbs of weight before, then you'll know that you get grouchy, find things hard to concentrate on etc...

Pacquaio should let Floyd choose one drug to enhance himself on and then fight to make it fair on lil mayweather.
