    Tua might get somewhat better but not by much.

    Fighters who get to the top based on skill can usually make a pretty good comeback.

    Fighters who got to the top with physical prowess never really get a second shot.

    I think Tua might crack the top 10, if he can get lucky and get lined up with some glass-jawed fighters, but Toney is not one of the ones he has a shot at beating.
