I really hope they fight each other last, because they seem like they legitimately want to fight all the best in their division, and seem like they are both good enough to beat everyone in the division. If they cleaned out the division (Klitschko style baby) and then fought each other, it would be one of the best fights in the last twenty years.
I second that. I'd hate to see the two who are the best (or seem like it) fighting before the division is clean. Chances are neither will be quite as good after their fight so it's best for boxing if they clean the division up first.

even in english , it's a universal language if he jumps into the ring, maidana will know exactly what he means, but like I said Devon has too much class

Meanwhile that ***** Khan is just sitting back fighting easy opponents, letting all the other top contenders fight each other and wear themselves down.

Maidana V Cayo, is as Golden Boy Promised, a Coming Out Party for Maidana. And when you consider all the Talk is about Marcos, when the Funeka/Guzman rematch is showing as well as an undefeated fighter in Cayo. If Maidana can get past Cayo and with a Knockout, he will be in the Drivers Seat to a Nice Payday against Alexander or even Timmy Bradley if thats his Fancy. I Have to admit i dont know much about Cayo, but he seems to be a runner with a Decent Counter Punch and that may cause Problems for the HeadHunting Maidana. Unless Cayo gets a KO, no pun intended, then i see Maidana winning anything Close with the punch output we are sure to see. At least Golden Boy is fulfilling their agreement of more exposure for Marcos and that would seem like they are trying to setup a fight with Khan, but with Cayo and now ALexander on the Horizion, seems like Marcos may have bigger and better fish to fry than Khan. Golden Boy may finally have pulled off a good Buisness Deal if Maidana gets past Cayo, then gets a shot at Alexander, while Keeping Khan Safe from the Bomb dropping Chino looking mother***er.

Why would he, it's not like Maidana has anything that he wants (i.e. A Title or Pulling Power), i'm sure he'll take on Maidana if the powers that be want him to but i'm sure he'd rather fight for another title instead if the opportunity came up. Amir Khan should follow Alexander around for a day and take notes on how to be a champion.

Devon Alexander is a true champ, great skills and with a bit more ring experience against contenders like these he will be ready to take on Bradley soon enough.

Isn't Alexander fighting Spadafora next? If so, why not fight Bradley? Both the Bradley and Alexander camps have been posturing and calling each other out. So why not scrap the Abregu and Spadafora fights, push the date back a few weeks, and make the fight?

Golden Boy is avoiding Maidana for the time being because he punches hard and Khan obviously has a weak chin. Alexander won't have that problem with Maidana because he has a solid chin. I'm pretty sure if they fought, Maidana would be ko'd very early. He has no real boxing skills to speak of. He is an out and out brawler, with a suspect jaw.

On th other hand, Khan is a slick, speed freak, with good power and an improved defence. He has the potential to outbox and to a lesser degree, stop Alexander. It's no wonder why Alexander's team is pressing for a Maidana fight. Maidana only has a punchers chance against Alexander. Khan can outbox you and knock you out.

As has been said a million times, styles make fights, and stylistically Maidana is an easier fight for Alexander than Khan is.

Alexander needs to chill and make some money, that's the lesson he should learn from Khan. Devon doesn't need to duck anyone but he could sure raise his profile and not rush into dangerous fights. He's young enough to do that.

If he goes for Maidana then good luck to him, because the way Maidana throws it could go and get messy.Although he should easily outbox him.

What are you his promoter? I want to see the best possible matches, how about if he rolls the dice with an unknown and loses? His stocks will really drop. Unfortunately managers and promoters pick the next opponent, rarely a fighter does so politics plays a big part in this
