Think back to Mayweather-Gatti. Mayweather had the speed and know how to effectively break down Gatti without making the fight a war. Dirrell is not Mayweather, but he possesses the kind of quickness advantage over Abraham that Floyd had over Gatti.
Oh I do think Dirrel can outbox AA but he hasn't exactly been known for his mental toughness lately.

dirrells stamina is not all that great, he was very tired in the oganov fight....his body also does not look very strong at all......he is open to the left hook on the ropes....that said he has done very well against short opponents so i am picking him to beat maybe even stop abraham....

Without the height advantage, this would have been much easier to call. Great points TS. I'm still leaning for an AA KO anything less would be a Dirrell win (courtesy most probably of the 3 judges). I'm thinking that as soon as he feels Dirrell's power, he would let go of his hands more ... rather than just waiting for opportunities. Also, the knowledge that the 3 judges could be biased might spur AA into going for the KO early which does play well into my prediction. Lolz.

I thought his stamina looked decent in the Froch fight. He still had fast punches and even hurt Froch in the championship rounds.

i think he can win........but AA is alot smarter than he gets credit for......he is very composed and relaxed in the ring........he doesn't panic when he is behind on the cards.......have a feeling Dirrel may be overwhelmed by the enormity of the task.....i got AA on this one.

i simply would just wait for abraham to throw. as if to so cmon this is a fight.. id stand in the middle of the ring with my hands dropped. and encourage or dare him to throw a punch so i can counter
