Bigger fight: Maidana-Cayo or Funeka-Guzman 2?

I want to see Maidana fight because I want to know if he's improved.

More concerned with Funeka righting the wrong and beating Guzman's arse again. Happy to watch an action fighter like Maidana anytime he's on, but not worried about the fight too much.

i already saw what happens when funeka and guzman fight funeka whips his ass i have no interest in watching that again because even though the official dec was a draw it was quite clear that funeka won the fight no rematch needed. as far as maidana cayo goes im interested in seeing more of maidana to find out if his win over ortiz was a fluke or if he has substance behind him

i got funeka in my opinion he clearly won the fight on points and on top of that physically just beat the **** out of guzman. props to guzman for taking the beating and trying to win but that fight wasnt close

maidana cayo fighting for interim WBA light ww championship of the world

funeka guzman fighting for vacant ibf lightweight championship of the world.

Maidana is a rising star, cayo is an unknown

funeka and guzman are both good fighters but not star material.

I'd say maidana cayo is the bigger fight.

People will be shocked Saturday. This isn't like Cotto vs Clottey, where the cut basically didn't change the outcome of the fight. Guzman will outbox Funeka. And Maidana, win or lose, is over-rated. He may very well be out-boxed (GBP hopes so), and if he wins he isn't beating Bradley, Alexander, VC in a rematch, or Khan if his punch resistance has improved. Khan chin is the only reason Maidana may beat Khan.

Edit: Funeka Guzman 2 is the bigger fight IMO. The winner of that fight is more or less the best LW until proven otherwise, whereas the winner of Maidana Cayo can't say that.
