manny vs. floyd a catchweight fight?

after thinking about it a little bit, this is the only thing that makes sense. why ask for a crazy weight penalty if it wasnt at 145??? floyd has never had a problem making the welterweight limit and i the last fight with marquez he had a problem making the 145 catchweight.

i dont know why i didnt catch this before, but this fight was almost certainly at a catch weight.

he never has and if he did, there wouldnt be a fight anyways so how much would the weight penalty really matter?? it doesnt make sense...thats why the fight had to be at a contractual 145 limit.
